We have all read about the weird vending machines that hand over all household goods and even certain things that you can’t imagine in Japan. Now, the same weirdness has arrived on the other side of the Pacific in the U.S where a vending machine will sell everything from luxury staples to other luxury goods like, well, a Bentley car.

If a certain product does not fit inside a machine, the machine will vomit out a voucher which you can present at the desk to collect your goods.

This is quite questionable as no one really would like to go through the trouble of receiving a voucher from a vending machine and then present it again at the sales counter. It presents an unnecessary action and procedure. Simpler would have been to just go ahead and get the goods you wanted from one of those adorable two legged creatures called sales people. The Mondrian South Beach hotel will have to answer a few questions, I guess.
