What A Bad Idea For A Baby Stroller!

As hard as I think, I still cannot think of a practical usage for the baby carriage created by John Knott, aka Bent Fabrication. A cross between the classic Airstream with a baby car, this ‘thing’ is made out of hand-shaped aluminum panels and some antique baby stroller parts.

Wonder why Knott designed anything like this. No parent would ever want their little one in a gigantic bomb-look-alike pram. I mean, just look at the picture and you will know what sort of an outlook on life will the baby get from rolling around in this shiny monstrosity.

Agreed the baby car is hand-made with antique spare parts but unfortunately, it is too unreasonable to digest. One really wouldn’t want to leave one’s baby in here on a hot day.

So I’d say, take this only if you are looking for some sort of a decoration for the house. Otherwise, this one’s a real no-no.

BULL! I DISAGREE!!! I would love that and I would expect my child would have fond memories of the crazy pram he rode in as a baby. I think this thing is ROCKIN!

I disagree too! Unless you tested it out in the hot sun, which it has a REFLECTIVE surface, how can you know that it’s bad? This design and material and surface is perfect to keep one cool. The sun has no way of getting absorbed into the metal, especially since it’s curved everywhere. Think of sun rays hitting it and getting bounced off at all angles. An Airstream is cool in the summer, not hot.
Another plus, the baby can crawl inside and be all cozy and safe and out of the rain, street noise, like being in the womb again :)
Plus, it is totally cool looking!! A little big for my taste, though.
