I think we are all willing to do anything to bring cheer and brightness to our dreary workspace. Won’t it be amazing to be able to install a skylight in our gloomy, windowless office despite the fact it is located on the 10th floor of a 20 story building. Well, save your ‘tooth and an eye’ because now the long-desired dream can come true with faux skylights with LED backlighting, but I don’t think that is a good solution either because stationary images take away from the illusion. However, if you go for SkyV skylights instead, you will be a happier person. These utilize high definition LCD screens to accurately represent the great outdoors.

Sky Factory (makers of the skylights) claim that the system comprises of several multi-channel graphics processors and a specialized synchronisation software for display of its tetrabytes proprietry HD content. That is why SkyV is able to simulate real skylight for hours at stretch.

Though no pricing details have been disclosed yet, I’m sure a job like this won’t come cheap. However, this hole in your pocket will be much better than going for the crazies trapped in the monotonous office. And the pluspoint is, you might start loving work too.
