The gaming industry never slows down, not even for the recession and World of Warcraft has certainly never been part of a stagnant and unexciting world. BlizzCon hits off today and visitors to the convention will be treated to more than just Ozzy Osbourne’s crooning; Creative would be unveiling a new World of Warcraft headset. Designed in partnership with Blizzard, the headset has THX TruStudio PC Surround sound to help you immerse yourself in that game completely (as though that was needed, yes!). Available in both wired and wireless models, the headset also has Creative’s VoiceFX technology that works as a voice modifier on its detachable mic piece.

The headset won’t be out till November and there isn’t any news about the pricing yet, but if you’re impatient to know if this is as good as it sounds, you should head over to BlizzCon which is open on the 21st and 22nd.
