Rhodesia never seems to get out of trouble. The country has been taken down the path of destruction, death and hell by Mugabe and his cronies. Rhodesian new unity government recently responded to the union demands of higher wages by saying Zimbabwe (Rhodesia) is broke and there is no money to pay the union workers anyway, let alone increase their salaries.
Tsvangirai, whose wife passed away in a grisly car crash recently regretted that his country has come to such a tragic fate and though he did not blame Mugabe directly, his words seem to tell everything. The white people have been thrown out of the nation and the blacks who opposed Mugabe have been severely dealt with.
Tsvangirai himself has suffered much under Mugabe and his new government precariously continues to exist while Mugabe waits like a vulture to feed on the new government’s demise. Behind Mugabe lurks the terror striking party Zanu PF. Sadly, this former glorious country has bled for too long to come to terms with its destruction and rebuild. Perhaps the elimination of Mugabe by the western powers would help, but the West looks on, like it always does.
