A team that is evaluating if Zimbabwe is accomplishing the international norms to avoid that the trade of diamonds feeds the conflict discovered that the military of the country are directly involved with the illegal mining and that the authorities perpetrated a horrible “violence against civil”, in agreement with the memo that the team gave to authorities of Zimbabwe.
